Learning lessons is always a good thing. *giggles*I learned a lot in just one day. My diet was very healthy and positive for one whole week and I was feeling great. On the road to recovery feels fantastic!!
Then I skipped having a smoothie on Saturday. Snacked on gluten-free cinnamon raisin bread toast with cinnamon. Woke up Sunday with a tinge of nausea, back hurting, legs, hips... Stiff joints...
So sugar is a big culprit in me not feeling well. It only took one week of being on track and one day off track to notice a big difference. I didn't want to get out of bed on Sunday. Slept in a bit. Which I had not been doing all week long. Even on Saturday I got up a little before 5:00. Just because thats when my brain said its time to get up.
Waking up like this on Sunday was really enlightening. I suddenly understand how sugar can be so damaging to our bodies and can make cancer multiply...::choco::
