THIS is SO good. Even if you don't care for cauliflower. It's so good that I fix it even as a yummy snack
Steam 1/2 a cauliflower bunch. (I use my Instant Pot)
I add in 3 Tbsp of cream cheese, 2 chopped green onions, and a little bit of crumbled bacon.
Chop up the cauliflower with a big spoon, hamburger spatula...
Add the other ingredients, and blend in a blender. If you like it chunkier, the way I do I use a hand mixer instead...
